Monthly Membership
$85/ month
Programming provided, non coached classes. Prime times will be slotted class times, no more than 6 people per slot. Off times will be open gym style. Great option for experienced lifters to come and workout without having to plan their workouts. Programming will be functional fitness.
Women's Weightlifting Classes
12 classes per session. 2x/week for 6 weeks
This women-only weight lifting class is designed to help you build confidence, master the fundamentals, and develop strength that lasts a lifetime. We start with the basics—learning proper form, understanding foundational movements like squats, presses, and deadlifts, and creating a supportive, empowering environment where every woman feels comfortable and capable. As you progress, the program gradually challenges you with structured training, smart progression, and personalized coaching to help you safely increase strength, improve muscle tone, and enhance overall health. Whether you’re brand new to lifting or returning after time away, this class meets you where you are and guides you toward lifelong strength, resilience, and self-belief—both inside and outside the gym.
